I've wanted to make a Sigma Six 3.75 custom for a while, and when the ROC Scarlett came out I knew she'd make a great base figure. Still, I had enough Scarletts thanks to Hasbro, so I decided to take the design of Scarlett and turn her into Rebel, a character that appears in one of the CGI Action Man movies. She's head strong and daring like Scarlett, but also a whiz with mechanics. A bit of a what-if the characters of Scarlett and Cover-Girl were merged into the same character.

In my Joeverse, Sigma Six is a six-person team that works under the radar taking out splinter terrorist cells before they gain notice/ provide worthiness to Cobra and the Red Shadows. They work alongside Joe and Action Force, yet retain their own elite persona.
