I think a lot of the ROC figures are great, but I often don't want to use them as who they're meant to be, so I quickly try to find a vintage character that they can be turned into. The Pit Commando was an obvious choice for the Hall of Fame version of Rapid Fire. I added an appropriate helmet, gear and details, swapped out the lower arms and hands, and repainted his hair and eyebrows to better resemble the original's.
