Scrap Iron was never much of a big deal to me, even back to the original o-ring figure. When he was released as a part of the 25th in the 2-pack with Wild Bill, I suppose I bought them "just because." That Wild Bill figure was a real stinker.

Scrap Iron lingered for a while in storage until I started picking up the Shock Trooper figures. I liked them well enough, but just didn't really dig the way the head was so high on the neck post.

I had enough to try out the excellent body as a custom. A simple head swap and adding the vest just made an excellent update to Scrap Iron. Simple and effective.
