Just like any Cobra force there are ranks. To become a Snow Serpent you must go through vigorous training and be able to survive in sub zero temperatures for long periods of time. Snow Serpent scouts are rookie members of the squad who are considered still in training.
These figures were easy to make once I found the right colors. Trying to match an original Snow Serpent was hard but I think I got it pretty close.
