BAT v1 entirely

I envisioned these to be Soundwave's worker bees. It seems to me Soundwave always has ambitious projects on the go and could use a few (or a few hundred) drones to do the simple stuff - build computer consoles, wire telecommunication devices, maintain energon storage. Sure he has a built in army of cassettes, but those are his soldiers; his warriors. Soundbots are getting all of the dirty work done.
