Armoured Legions Commander and Director of Deep Operations

Born to a British Army Officer on exchange in Canada with the Lord Strathcona's Horse (Royal Canadians), when Scimitar came of age he followed in his father's footsteps as a Cavalry (Armoured) Officer. Serving first as a junior officer in the Royal Canadian Armoured Corps, he later transferred to the British Army in time for participation in the first Gulf War, where he distinguished himself numerous times on the battlefield. His regiment, however, fell victim to friendly fire from US gunships, resulting in many of his troopers being killed. This incident and subsequent politicking engendered a deep dislike for his supposed American 'allies.' With the fall of the Iron Curtain, the 'peace dividend' that decimated the British Army and the rise of the US as the sole superpower, his bitterness turned toward his own government and his dislike of America turned to hatred. Destro - with his many sources in the British Army - soon learned of this decorated and skilled yet bitter Officer and tapped into his anger. Scimitar soon quit the Army and quickly found his true place in the commander's cupola of a Cobra HISS. Naturally, his leadership and tactical knowledge of - and anger towards - his former comrades and allies have served him well both on the battlefield and during Cobra promotion boards.
