I did this custom for General Hawk after talking to him a while back. He had originally bought a Final Fantasy Tifa Lockhart figure and started working on Scarlett. He kinda got hung up and I offered to finish her for him. I used Flexi-Sculpt for the torso and am semi-pleased with it. I boiled it instead of baking and it is still a little tacky, but not horrible. Not having a ton of reference for this figure made it hard, and now I think I could do an even better version. All in all I'm very pleased with the result.
