After seeing Sparks in the Cartoon archive at the old Quick Kick's Theater site, I wanted to make one. I went back and forth until I started my Shooter custom. I made the two customs as sort of "vehicle drivers" to be included with a custom headquarters I would like to do. I used a similar color scheme to Shooter and the cartoon greenshirts, but replaced the black, of Shooter, with brown to give him a different look. This custom was also inspired by Kamakura's Sparks custom.
