After the original Ventriloquist was killed a new female took over. Sugar is able to have Scarface pronounce every letter correctly where Whesker could not. She is also deadlier in that she loads the dummies with explosives. Unlike Whesker she is a willing player in the illegal activities making her the perfect Batman villain.

This figure was created for the NJC #14. I took the opportunity to make a character I would never make otherwise. I wanted to use styrene to make the hat. Using a candle I slowly melted the plastic and pushed it onto the head for shaping.
