The main reason I created this figure waay back was that I wanted someone to accompany Tracker in his inflatable raft.

This custom was made from whatever was available on hand during that time.

I always wanted to repaint this figure, but never did get to doing so, So I decided to just post this figure as a LBC figure on joecustoms.

Too bad Tracker got killed. At least his inflatable raft will still be in good hands with Trackdown. hehehehe.
