Tech Vipers work behind the scenes to make sure the Cobra Organization runs smoothly. Their Control System is tied into every computer in the Cobra Base. They monitor air traffic, mission assignments, and even internet searches. They make sure that all vehicles have full and proper armaments. The Techs are also responsible for cost analysts and pay distribution.

I wanted these based on the Techno-Vipers so I dyed them purple.
