Eugen DeCobray was in Vietnam , working out a deal for emergency medical supplies when his life changed. His young sister Anastasia had just arrived for a surprise visit when the U.S. fired missile struck the train station. She was killed instantly , and Eugen heartbroken for life.
A few years later while working at an internship in a hospital in Ireland , Eugen met James Destro. The two hit it off and forged a bond that has lasted ever since. These two eventually met up with Cobra , and within them saw a way to get back at someone for all the pain in their lives.
