Like everyone else who has submited a Voltar repaint, I wanted a Voltar that looked good standing next to Destro and IGs.

I painted him mainly black with some red and gold details.

I left a little purple showing around his arm joints. Since his is in a command position I figured he could have a little flair (like Destro's cape).

By not painting the joints I know that when I make a dio story with him I will not have to keep touching up the paint on his arms.
