Pretty simple custom. The webgear that came with Zanzibar was ill fitting, and didn't do much to make me think "pirate". Also, while the Destro legs helped to make Zanzibar more unique in a set that used the same torso for three different characters, they also had giant disproportionate feet. So, some Dremel work on a vintage Zanzibar torso and some swearing at the Torch vest later, I had a Zanzibar that looked more like himself, and less like the Dreadnoks to his left and right. Swapped in some Crimson Guard feet too, drop the Frankenstein factor a touch.
