Wild Bill has always been one of my favorite Joes and the '92 version my all time favorite, I loved removable hats or helmets on Joes when I was a kid. Unfortunately I never owned the figure so now I've decided to make my own version and pay homage to the original. Hat and scarf are removable!

I decided that after working on so many Confederates it was time to come up with a Union soldier to defeat them!
