Hoss played linebacker at a Division I college and turned down the chance to play professional football to serve in the US Army. Four generations of his family have served in the military and Hoss saw no reason not to make it five. Hoss first joined GI Joe as a "green shirt" and has worked his way up through the ranks. Hoss is familiar with all NATO and Warsaw Pact machine guns. Graduated from U.S. Army Ranger, Airborne and Pathfinder Schools. Qualified Expert: M2 Browning .50 cal, M240G, M249, M60E3 and M1911A1 Pistol.
