This is another non ARAH custom, but, is it a Joe character? Of course, well, a part of him anyway.

He is War Machine, who was expelled out from "The Initiative" by Norman Osborn when he was HAMMER's Leader. General Hawk recruited him because he had experience with combat armors and he could train the GI Joe Team to fight with DELTA-5 Armors!!!!
