Storm Watch is the sensor operator expert on the Polar Sharc force. The Polar Sharc Squadron consists of a dozen highly specialized Polar Sharcs that operate off of the bays of the G.I. Joe submarine.

Storm Watch's craft is outfitted with extensive sensor suites, especially sonar and lidar and he is able to vector the other Sharc's in for kill or containment.

Storm Watch typically hangs back out of the immediate combat zone.

Ice Storm is the commander of the Polar Sharc Squadron.
