Another exercise in turning a Cobra trooper into a SWAT guy. I thought the JvC Heavy Duty head would look great here. I've always liked it even if it didn't look much like Heavy Duty to me. One of the pluses of using the Gung-Ho vest is that I'm able to hook the shield into the slot in the back giving him a place to stow it when not in use. Other than the neck, I don't think I did any painting on this guy.
