Head=25th Scrap-Iron
Body=PoC Destro

I have always liked Scrap-Iron but have yet to like any version of him that has been released. Maybe it is his name but I have always felt that he should have a more armored look to his uniform. I have tried to achieve just that using the PoC Destro body and I really like the way he came out. I also like the proportion better with his head as to me previous versions of the character had his head looking too big to me. Anyways, hope you guys like this one!!
