One of the few survivors of the Raccoon City Incident, Leon was recruited by the US Government. Following a mission to South America, he was reassigned to rescue the president's daughter when she was kidnapped by the Los Illumindaos cult. Upon her rescue, Leon was assigned to fight a new T-Virus outbreak in the United States released by the WilPharma group. His latest mission teamed him with Secret Service agent Helena Harper to uncover the origins of a new viral outbreak and the C-Virus.
