Little is known about the mysterious and seemingly ageless crime lord known as Chang. Chang's criminal empire that dominates most of the Pacific rim, and which is reported possibly to date back into the 1800's. Impossible to believe eyewitnesses (those that have come forward) identify him as appearing to be in his 60's for the past 30 years but few have seen him and escaped with their lives.

Chang protects and enforces his criminal activities, which include slave trade, narcotics, weapons trafficking, extortion, assassinations and more, with an innumerable army called the Gong Tau Tong.
