Hector Ramirez is a field reporter, though he'd probably be better described as a tabloid reporter who just happens to do field work. He has been a constant thorn in GI Joe's side, revealing agents names, locations, compromising more missions than Cobra has been able to stop. It was that impressive body of work that got him on Cobra, The Coil's, The Red Shadows, and untold numbers of terrorist organizations who would love to have him under their payroll.
