Head - 25th Lt. Falcon with sculpted hair
Helmet - 25th Serpentor added visor
Torso and upper arms - 25th G.I. Joe Trooper
Lower arms - ROC Leatherneck (elbow part) and 25th Serpentor (gloved part)
Hips - Marauders Spirit
Legs - ROC Leatherneck

This is my second take on the character. I used the same torso and upper arms and replaced everything else. It was too late when I realized I should have painted the web gear black instead of brown to stay true to the classic ARAH Blizzard figure colors. I was so eager to finish it I did not checked on my reference picture again. But I think brown is okay. Hope you like it! :)
