Put this guy together one day and thought he'd make an awesome Range Viper leader/named Cobra. The dual shell type guns are a little zany, but it fits the character I have in mind for him. I considered making his mask white so it would look like a skull but thought it would stick out too much from the rest of his color scheme (Evil boy scout.) I think I did a really good job on his blue shirt, with blending the shadows. Also I drybrushed with a less saturated blue and it looks quite dashing.
