I made this figure probably around 1999 or 2000, when I had both the time and space to mess around and kitbash 12" stuff.
This was also a point in time where there were no 3 3/4 Joes at retail, so my hobby shifted slightly, and I was kitbashing 12" stuff, which included this figure with some of the gear ordered from Cotsworld Collectibles. I hadn't thought of them in so long, I actually had to look to see if the company still existed. The head was very popular on eBay at the time, and if I remember right cost around $30.

Cpt. Miller from the movie Saving Private Ryan is one of the few 12" figures I still have in my collection, along with Lt. Winters from Band of Brothers.
