When Dice took his assignment from The Night Creepers to join Cobra, he had no idea his infiltration would last so long. He became one of Cobra Commander's personal bodyguards with Slice. He and Slice fought along with Slice against GI Joe members and former Cobra members to protect Cobra Commander. With the fall of Cobra and Cobra Commander's disappearance, Dice returned to The Night Creepers. It was then that he learned that his friend Slice had been an operative of the rival clan of Red Ninjas.
