Brief History:

It is not unusual for for military personnel to aid in the war against drugs - and there are few better suited for the task than Bullet Proof.

After the GI Joe team was disbanded in 1994, Bullet Proof returned to his home of Chicago, where he began life again as a U.S. Marshall. He contributed to a large number of drug arrests and siezures, community events and social programs, but felt he wasn't allowed to take the fight to the real criminals. When the GI Joe team approached him in 2000, he jumped at the chance to make the difference he felt was necessary.
