Like others I was not happy with the 2014 JoeCon Outback. So I had to make a E.C.O. Force Outback to go with the set. Got the parts together and worked on him at the JoeCon Customizing class. After the class I found a yellow hard hat at Raginspoon's booth and had to get it to complete the look.

For the yellow "swirl" camo of the original I used a sponge to dry brush the yellow on and then a lighter shade of green. It came close to the look I was wanting.
