Cobra Commander is a despotic leader who rules Cobra Island with an iron fist demanding total loyalty and fealty from his troops. He has led uprisings in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Iraq, Iran, Sudan and other trouble spots; he never fails to take to the field and lead from the front when required. He never tires of the sound of crushing resistance under his boot.

Brilliant, and entirely without scruples, he is probably the most dangerous man alive.

I didn't like the original 25th legs - too long and thin. Swapping out the legs and adding the removable hood really worked for me.
