This is one of very few customs that I've made using parts from this era that I've kept intact. I just like the character so much, I am able to overlook the awkward proportions and bowling ball shoulders.

Hourglass is a deep cover Joe operative working on Cobra Island. Her position there is as an anti-America radio host and as a Cobra propaganda agent. Needless to say, she's not too popular back at home.
