Quarrel is one of the better known Action Force characters. Probably because she was such a distinctive repaint of one of the Joe lines few females. The US release as "Undercover Scarlett" probably helped too. I always liked the color scheme, and the Action Force line has fascinated me since I first learned about it. I did this custom ages ago, and wanted to maintain the Scarlett elements, while still giving Quarrel a distinct identity of her own. I think it came out nicely, though I know I could do a much better job now.
