POC Stell Brigade Delta-helmet and web gear

This is an extremely simple custom to create a different zombie for your Joeverse if you happen to have these two figures laying around and if that's the sort of thing you're into. I managed to get a Zombie Initiative con set at a deep discount on sale and wanted to expand it a little bit. This works really well as an addition to the regular Steel Brigade Zombie from the convention, which I actually still need to get a hold of.
