I wanted to create a figure that could represent the steampunk universe and also be a usable GI Joe o-ring figure. I took a Little Mermaid Ursala figure and cut the top half off of her. I then added a T -hook and secured it in with opoxy. I then added the oring and assembled the figure like normal. I chose to make a monster version of Shipwreck. Who knows what the back story of this character is. Possibly got stranded at sea and was taken captive by the sea itself and transformed into a octopus-man. Who knows.
