Character:

Claymore was originally included with the Special Mission Brazil set in 1986. The figure was made from parts of other figures, but was a new character.

Design/Colors & Painting:

The original figure featured Claymore in a yellow-ish uniform. Although the exclusiveness of the figure made it a collector favorite, the yellow never held much appeal for me. Instead, it's replaced with a tan/brown speckled pattern. I kept of few touches of vanilla yellow as a nod to the original figure.

Sculpting and Modifying:

I can't remember what the night vision system was, but I think it was originally the back half of pair of binoculars. It was glued to the helmet, along with the strap going across the top of the helmet.
