Leatherhead is an underwater demolitionist. When it comes to blowing things up underwater, he is the second best Cobra has. His trainer was Firefly. Due to his lack of understanding explosives, Leatherhead was injured at the beginning of his training. Now he has to wear a leather face mask an a body armor suit. The suit substains him by providing oxygen thru 2 small tubes that run from the back of the suit, over the top of his head an into his nose.
