Control was created for PHX Customs GI Joe Resurgence Adventure Team project.

This is one of the easy simple customs that I made to flesh out my modern Adventure Team. I wanted a technician to man the Naval Base to fill some background. Logistics and other technical specialists are not usually represented in GI Joe (as least not frequently). The DG Shipwreck body is perfect for naval personnel. All I needed to do was swap the hands and add a few details.
