Body: Dollar General Cobra blue

I wanted to make a modern POC/50th update to the 25th "Comic book" Cobra Officer. The blue Dollar General Cobra figure is a pretty good modern version with the yellow & silver web gear.

The main 3 areas customized were (1) custom helmet from eBay seller cobra1678 with raised "officer" chevron, (2) painted the face mask red (Citadel Evil Sunz Scarlet), and painted the knee pads yellow (Citadel Yriel Yellow). I gave the knee pads a wash to tone down the bright color.
