Head: Star Wars- Obi-Wan Kenobi w/ ARAH Footloose neckball
Chest/back: ARAH Gung Ho V3
Arms: ARAH Barbecue V1
Waist, lower legs: ARAH Chuckles
Upper legs: ARAH Recondo V1

Character:

In Palitoy's Action Force line, the Wolverine was released without Cover Girl. In her place was Ton-Up, a Rock 'n Roll figure given a new code name and filename.

Design:

To keep the beard the Obi-Wan Kenobi head is used. Rock 'n Roll's ammo belts are iconic for that character, and they don't really make sense with the Wolverine. Going with no ammo belt would make the most sense, but I split the difference and used the Gung Ho chest/back with only one ammo belt on it. The Barbecue arms with long sleeves also sidesteps Rock 'n Roll's rolled up sleeves. All of the pieces are fairly simple, keeping with the overall tone of the Rock 'n Roll/Ton-Up figures.

Colors & Paint:

Shifted from the Action Force figure, to look different from Rock 'n Roll. The base uniform is a sage green instead of a pine one, with black added in as a t-shirt. The boots are black instead of brown. The bullet band is silver instead of gold. And instead of Rock 'n Roll's yellow blonde hair, Ton-Up gets strawberry blonde.

Sculpting & Modifying:

The bottom of the Obi-Wan neck stem was cut and glued to the neckball of the Footloose head. The face is "de-aged" with epoxy and paint.
