I kept seeing this version of Outback floating around the internet and I kept wondering why they put a kids shirt on him and why I cannot find him on YoJoe. I was not looking in the right place. He was originally an international figure that was never sold in the States until the G I Joe collector's club came out with him. I only subscribed to fss 1 and 3 and really 3 I have already made my own custom figures for a lot of them.
