Arms: '86 Dial-Tone
Upper legs: '83 Airborne
Lower legs: '82 Steeler

Character/design:

Kenner's Star & Stripes forever set neglected all of the vehicle drivers/weapons operators, and Flash.

Hawk uses mostly older pieces, plus a Comic Pack Hawk head.

Colors & Paints:

I was stuck on this one. 2DARK2C and Dark Jedi came to the rescue, providing the color set.

Sculpting & Modifying:

The head is cast.

The rivets and thigh screw insets are epoxied smooth.
