In 1994 I was pretty much out of G.i. joe. Moved out from home. I learned about this figure much later. At first I thought it was a Cobra character.

I made heavy modification on this one. The webgear was dremeled off of the vintage figure and the vintage head was also converted into a helmet. Using the vintage figure thighs help a lot to recreate the padded look and feel. True to the 90's, the bright colors are a must ;-)
