Emblem is a 6" Batman batarang thinned out with an exacto knife.

So Batman wasn't on my radar at all. I had been tinkering with that head years ago and lost interest in making a Batman, and the head went into a fodder bin. I'm not even sure how I made it. I think it was two knives glued onto a jungle viper head but I don't know how I got the face on there. I must have cut it off of another figure or something.
I recently rediscovered it, and coupled with a recent order of black MTF parts I started cobbling something together, not really having an endgame. Once it started flowing I couldn't stop tinkering with it. It took me a bit to get the cape the way I wanted it to look, and overall I'm happy with it.
