1987 Crazylegs


Always really dug Crazylegs, but wanted him in more realistic colors.
At the same time, I usually want my customs to look like toys that might have been sold in stores in the 80's. This Crazylegs was no exception, so the colors had to be bright and high contrast. I kept the color palette limited to four paint colors for the same reason.
I tried to make an olive drab mixture that looked like it could be bare Hasbro plastic, and used gloss colors for that "straight from the toy factory" look.
