ROC Ice Viper head, modified
POC Spirit Iron Knife body & upper legs, with Crimson Horseman lowers,
ROC Arctic Storm Shadow uppers, with comic Quinlan Vos lower arms, also modified.
The belt is a ROC SE, added the hook for his machete or the Crocodile chain to hang from, added the knife sheath also.
The harness is taken from a DG Duke, added the shoulder pad from an ROC Flash.
His breather backpack (likely not filled with oxygen) is from a concept Han Solo, and the tank is off one of the SW breather masks.
His two pets I repainted are from Chap Mei (the one with the harness) the other is from an old Thunderbirds set, called "Attack of the Alligators", the leg of that unfortunate soul is from a modded Elite Forces figure.
That blue backpack on the croc is from one of the Republic Commandos. The shotgun is spliced from a Cade Skywalker and an old Boba Fett blaster, his machete is one of Marauder Gun Runners modified also.

This guy I made way back when in 2016, recently finding the way back to making custom figures I wanted to share something of mine here, have long been a visitor to Joe Customs.
As a horror fan, I couldn't help but make one Cobra's most fearsome fighters with that gritty, bloody slasher aesthetic. I think I was going for a Hills Have Eyes/Jason Voorhees sort look, with some scavenged military gear and of course elements of the original design. Like his leg armour I wanted to make look something like the original Croc Master's croc skin boots.. Along with that I gave him mostly normal looking attire, but with abnormal skin as a sort of inverse to that of his first iteration that wore the crocodile skin.
