Viper v28

I wanted to recreate a modern version of the Crimson Strike Team box set sold at the 2009 International G.I.Joe Convention with updated modern parts and also available as exclusives at the 2002 G.I.Joe Convention in o-ring style.

Since I wanted to have a complete set of 12 vipers, finding the parts was a struggle. Since the version is one of the best done, the rest was pretty much a repaint of the existing figure. Touches of Molotov liquid chrome here and there and here's a great update of a cool figure
