Born in Urumqi, Xinjiang, China is an Officer Cadet for the Oktober Guard as well as its only Chinese member. It's easy to underestimate Wong, what with his unusual mannerisms. Underneath his bluster about the American Old West you'll find one of the most observant recon-men to ever lay eyes on a Cobra operation.

I always wanted this character in ARAH form but alas it was never made. But a few parts spliced together and Wong was born.
