All Marauders Task Force parts

I was done collecting G.I.Joe by the time Chuckles came out in '87. Back then it wasn't vogue to pretend that Chuckles was your favorite Joe. And, boy, I thought Chuckles was a complete goofball. He looked like he should be drinking out of a coconut on the beach. I understand he was undercover, but I thought he should have been dressed up in Cobra gear. Or better yet, release a new figure in the Cobra Hierarchy and then explain in the file card that the character is really a Joe.
Anyway, this custom is really just an LBC as all I had to do was paint the flowers/palm leaves on the shirt and cut down the Marauders WWII Japanese Officer's "X" harness down to a shoulder holster sling and he was done.
