Brazil Dial-Tone is a strange repaint of, arguably, one of the more popular Joes of the entire line. I mean...red pants, avocado green boots, a brown sweater vest? This is not a camo recipe for the battlefield.

Dial-Tone was a difficult custom to nail down using the previous Marauders Task Force parts. That is until the "Agency-Ops" dress shirt parts came out.
For this custom, I used the black dress shirt and painted the torso (minus the collar) brown to emulate the sweater vest look of the original figure.
