All Marauders Task Force Parts

Why, oh why is this character Dusty? I mean, I know the figure is just a repaint of the actual desert-themed V3 Dusty, but visually, the color choices don't have anything remotely related to the desert. He even has green camouflaged pants!
Okay, having gotten that off my chest, I actually like the original 2000 figure. The colors and parts are great. I like the red pop of the beret next to the cooler blue shirt and green pants. But thematically, this figure looks more like a security guard. I think this figure should have been someone else.
